We were called here due to major leaks

We got a call from a homeowner who was having serious issues with their pan tile roof. They reported major leaks, and with heavy rains expected, they were understandably anxious. When we arrived, we did a thorough inspection and found that the roof was in worse shape than they thought. Not only were there multiple broken and slipped tiles, but the underlayment had deteriorated significantly over the years.

Given the extent of the damage and the age of the roof, patching it up wasn’t going to be a lasting solution. We explained to the homeowners that the best course of action would be to replace the entire roof. They trusted our expertise and agreed to the replacement.

The team got to work, carefully removing the old tiles and underlayment. Despite the challenging conditions, We managed to complete the job efficiently, ensuring that the new roof was not only leak-proof but also more resilient and aesthetically pleasing.

The homeowners were relieved and grateful, knowing they now had a sturdy roof that would protect their home for many years to come.
